I began my Wellness journey at the age of 14 years old where I began teaching aerobics and became a Personal Trainer. I became fascinated about how the muscles of the body responded to exercise. As the years went on, I became a holistic nutritiousness and a licensed Massage Therapist. I began teaching people about the importance of organic food and how food was our medicine. I grew my own private business at a young age. My heart became heavy for people over the years that were battling stress, disease and inflammatory issues. I incorporated my knowledge of exercise, massage therapy and organic food into the perfect recipe for longevity and energy. At home, my passion is cooking healthy foods for friends and family. I love to teach people how to make simple, quick tasty meals that my Italian Grandmother would make, while mixing in my own knowledge for healing today. My passion is hiking in the mountains, spending time with the family pups and cooking for my family. My goal in life is to touch the lives of people who need help in their kitchen, as food is our medicine and the root to everything we do. I love to inspire that in people and plant seeds that will grow for other generations.
